While researching for Haresnape connections with the Gillows, I found reference to a survey of Lancaster Priory Gravestones by Kenneth H.Docton. He listed Gillow graves there i.e. Robert Gillow of London, son of Richard Gillow of Lancaster.Robert is given as dying 22 Sep 1793 aged 48. Also Richard Gillow died 14 Aug 1811 aged 77, Sarah Gillow daughter of Richard died 25 Oct 1801 aged 39.

I assume that Richard was Robert`s brother as per Generation no. 2 posted by Charles Gillow, and Sarah was a daughter of Richard Gillow and Sarah Haresnape.

The date of Robert of London`s death however is shown as some two years before the date given in the Generation 2 text.
