I have come across a picture of my Great Uncle Joseph Gillow from WW1.

States on the back....Cpl Joseph Gillow, Battery D102 Field Artillery, AMERICAN EXPEDITIONARY FORCE,Paris.

There is no date but according to my information the battalion he was with was recruited mainly in the New England area.

Any bells ringing out there?
