Hello Phil
My ancestors Thomas Pearson(from little eccleston born 1782) and Jane Topham married at St Michaels on Wyre Lancashire on 25 April 1808.A witness was Christopher Tomlinson who was baptised at Copp chapel 8 October 1786 and parents were John and Mary,he was buried 20 March 1861 aged 74 at St Annes Woodplumpton and his abode was the workhouse. Is Christopher connected to your family?Do you have any information about the pearson name from this area?Jane and Thomas are buried At St helens church in Churchtown only a few miles from Rawcliffe.Little Eccleston.I live only 20 miles from there.

Best wishes

Andrew D Pearson
