Hi again, You are right about John dying around 1848, I looked at the wrong date. Have you been able to find Jacob and John's parents? John and Mary Polly were the parents of my GGgrandmother Maria Ginter, Mary Polly lived about a year after John was shot and killed, I don't know what she died of, but Maria and her younger brother John, were taken by Mary Polly's brother Wm. to be raised. If you have anymore info I would be very interested, thank you. Caralyn
