Philip Ginter

I am looking for more information about the location of Philip Ginter's birth, the Philip Ginter who sailed to America on the Neptune from Rotterdam and arrived in Philadelphia in October 1747 and later discovered anthracite. I am directly decended from him via his son Jacob and grandson John who came to Wisconsin in 1847 along with his brother. Can anyone help with this information? The branch of the family that settled here spells the name Ginder.
