Marilyn Hi
I might be able to help you from some new data I just received.
My tree list a Frank GITCHELL born 1815 (nothing else) he was the youngest son of my gggg-grandparents David GITCHELL & Jemema (Dolly)WASSON. Two of David's boys William (my line) and Squire Levi both migrated to Michigan around the Grand Rapids area In the mid 1800's; William from Ohio and Squire from PA. The other four children including Frank. I only have birth years on(nothing else).
This sound like the same family. I have two more generations of names above David. ,but havent had time to confirm such.
Let me know if you think its a match and we can share
Later
Jim
