I have Gladwin ancestors from Derbyshire. UK. Have some details back to mid 16thC - would be interested if there were any common threads. Have a Joseph Gladwin born 1665, Henry Gladwin Bn 1693, John Gladwin born 1731.
Is your spelling correct.
