Hi Nicolas

My ancestor was John Gladwin, brother of General Henry Gladwin. Does that make us 6th cousins twice or three times removed?.

I have quite a bit of information on the Dakeyne ancestors. Not much on Henry Gladwins descendants - but i assume you would have that anyway.I can scan and email it all to you if you like. I have tried to follow some of the maternal links as well.

I notice that Dorothy Gladwin, the youngest suster of Henry married a Rev Basil Berridge - assume he was related to Frances Berridge.

If you wish to send me your details I can send some stuff back.
