Dear Dora,
I have a family tree for Gladwin of Stubbings in Wingerworth and I was interested to read your message. Our document records Major Henry Gladwin as having the following children...........Charles Dakeyne Gladwin Esp of Stubbings Lieut Col of Derby Militia,
Anne ux of Will Turbutt Esp of Arnold Notts
.....ux of Frances Green of Mappleton Esp and
seven other small lines just marked,'other children'

i am assuming that your family is among the 'other children'

It also records Henry's father, grandfather and great grandfather
Hope this was interesting for you.
Regards, Jan
