Hello Janet!
I do beleive we have several ancestors in common, including Alexander GLENNIE m Elizabeth WATSON 23 Dec 1838, Peterhead, Aberdeen, Scotland.
I descend through their son Maximilian Adolphus GLENNIE
whom according to the Parish Records in my possesion
states that "Max" was born to Alexander GLENNIE & Elizabeth WATSON, his wife, a son, Maximilian Adolphus born 26 Dec 1846 bap. 14 Jan 1847 before John McConachie and M Flann.
I have all childrens birth records.
I sure would like to chat with you more about The GLENNIES, oh yeah i have pics of Max circa 1870 if interested.
Hope to hear from you soon!
Noreen
