Glew family from Pittsburg

Greetings all,

I am American, currently live and work in Europe, seeking my family ancestory for casual interest.

I have pretty well found my mother's side (Trabucco, Italy, Solerna town near Rome) pretty easily. I have never known my father or his side of the family, so I am here to see if any names ring a bell for anyone:

My father is Ronald Glew, son of Eleanor Glew, from the Pittsburg PA area. He was one of I believe 5 siblings. His father, I was told, was of Serbian descent; Eleanor to the best of my knowledge was Irish, she even liked Irish Tobacco, we met once when I was 13. She may have been born in Ireland but I can't recall that subject coming up on the occassion we met. You don't think of those things when your 13.

I was advised that Eleanor may have passed away in the last few years. She was the only person in the Glew family I have ever talked to.

Anyone recognize Eleanor? Don't worry Ronald, I'm not looking for you...just interested in seeing my tree out of casual interest. I have never met a Glew out in the world, I meet Trabuccos, the nurse attending my Granmother's last days was even named Trabucco (my grandmother is also named Eleanor!), but never in my wildest dreams did I imagine there was enough Glews to have a message board like this!

Thank you for reading this and any direction for tracking my tree in advance.
