Hello Dorothy
I can't seem to get the hang of replying to your message, this is the third attempt. If at first you don't succeed....

I have traced my family back to a Christopher in Belton in the 1640's. I have a fair amount of info on the family in the 1700's in the Althorpe area (Samuel, Nevil, Robert) with occupations such as brickmaker. Then in the 1800's the family left the isle for Hull and Leeds.

I had not traced any members of the family who had emigrated, so I would be interested in your information. I can send my data in gedcom format if that is any use to you.

Geoff
