Mary,
I just verified the information on the marriage(s?) for Martha Glover. They can be found on the Illinois Statewide Marriage Index, 1763–1900. The website address is:

The first time I tried it I couldn't find her either. Then, I read the directions and entered her name correctly as Glover, Martha. The output I got is shown below. The last 2 entries are the ones that we're looking at.
BTW, was the information I had on Thomas Glover's family helpful to you or did you already have it? I've never heard that he had William as either a first or middle name, but that doesn't mean it that it might not exist somewhere.
