Glover of Warwickshire, Kent and Reigate Surrey

I have been researching the ancestors of Sarah Rose HOLT (1792-1863), who married Charles HARRIS (1791-1872), a surgeon of London and Brighton – they were my 3xGreat grandparents. I am about to publish a family history tracing the ancestry of this couple, through Charles’ father, Robert HARRIS (1737-1807), a druggist and magistrate in London and Croydon, and through Sarah’s forebears, John HOLT (1717-1795), a surgeon of Tottenham (born in Lincolnshire), and William GLOVER (born 1697) of Reigate, Surrey, and his wife, Elizabeth FLOWER. William Glover is descended from the Glover family in Kent and Warwickshire. Burke in his “Landed Gentry” states that William Glover is maternally the grandson of the Lords Barry of Santry in Dublin, Ireland, and this book also examines this connection. If you feel that you are connected to any of these families, I would be delighted to hear from you.
