I have since figured out that the "P" does stand for Pierre but I still can not find his parents. Here is what I have:
Pierre-Célestin Gobeil b. Abt May 1842, d. Aft 1911 (was in the 1911 Census) m. Marie-Philomène Verreault b. Abt Feb 1842, d. Aft 1911 (was in the 1911 Census). Their children were Marie-Clara (m. Thomas Harton), Marie-Eloise, Marie-Georgianna, Marie-Anna, and Arthur.
Marie-Clara Gobeil and Thomas Harton were my Great-Grandparents. I have hit a brick wall trying to find Pierre-Célestin Gobeil's parents. Would love if anybody could help me knock down this brick wall.
