Looking for information to complete the extended and extensive Courtoy family tree - see Courtoy forum if interested.

According to the will of Hannah Peters Courtoy her daughter Susannah, born 1805 married Septimus Julius Godson.

Susannah would have become an extremely wealthy woman 1851 ish and I consider it possible she and her husband were a little 'eccentric, or maybe just plain odd'. (OR maybe not)

It is possible Susannah was in fact one of three children born to a 'Royal Mistress'. Her mother, Hannah is buried in Brompton Cemetery, in a 20 foot tall crypt which is suspected of being an early attempt at a Time Machine.

I have OODLES of information to share, but cant find the family. Dont believe I am the ONLY person chasing Godson... but then again, I am the only person chasing Courtoy, so maybe I am. Disappointing if thats the case though.

cheers and please, dont let me be the only contributer to this forum,

Judy in OZ
