I am looking for more info on this family.
My Grandfather was Charles Joseph/Roland Goguen/Gogan, b. Joggins c. 1914, d. 1980, spent most of his adult life in Springhill, married Mary Theresa LeBlanc.

His father was Amand Goguen, and mother was
Leonie Richard, married in 1900 at Cap-Pelee/
Cape Bald, NB. Their first child seems to have been Joseph Paul, b. 1901. Soon after this they moved to N.S. in or near Joggins.
My Grandfather Charles had I think two brothers--one died from a bear attack and one was lost around Amherst one night around 1950s--body never found.

I would like to know more about this Amand Goguen and how he fits into the Joseph Gueguen clan from Cocagne and if my Grandfather's brothers had children.
Is any of this info familar to anyone??
