There is an Edouard P. LeBlanc m Julie Goguen on March 13, 1898 in Kent Co. New Brunswick. (http://archives.gnb.ca/Archives/default.aspx?culture=en-CA) In the 1911 Canadian census, Edouard is listed with his parents Philip LeBlanc and his wife Elizabeth (I don't have her maiden name). Also listed are his wife Julia and their daughters Sarah and Elmire. The 1911 Cannadian census is located at http://automatedgenealogy.com/index.html . The family is located as follows: New Brunswick / Kent / 4 Dundas Parish / page 3. Julia and Edouard are also with his parents in the 1901 census where Julia is listed as Philip's daughter. There is a Phillipe LeBlanc with his wife Victoire in the 1881 census at Familysearch.org. They are also in Dundas Parish, Kent Co. There is an Edoire (Edouard) listed as 8 yrs old as their son. I believe Victoire would be the first wife as the dob would be 1837 according to the 1881 census. Elizabeth dob is July 6, 1856 in the 1901 census and July 1857 in the 1911 census.
That's all the information I can provide at this time. I hope this helps.
