I would appreciate any help that could be provided in locating a lost branch of my family, Jerry and Ruth Gold and their children Michael and Jane.
My Grandmother Rose Gold died about 1973 and was a Polish immigrant. My Grandfather, Harry Gold died around 1953 at the age of 70, was a Russian immigrant and made his living as a furrier. Both spent all their years in this country in New York City.
My mother Anna (Gold) Richter is 88 and would very much like to find and make contact with her brother Jerry Gold and his wife Ruth if alive, niece Jane Gold and nephew, Michael Gold. This branch of the family has been out of contact for about 25 years.
Jerry and Ruth had two children, Jane and Michael. Michael was last known to be a fisherman in Northern California and would be in his mid 50's. Jane would be in her lower 50's and was thought to be a nurse in California. We are not aware of Jane or Michael's marital status. I am their cousin David Richter, 53 and currently live in Chapel Hill, North Carolina with my wife, Rose.
Again, any help that could be provided would be very much appreciated.
