Frank Goldrick & wife from Newark, NJ visited Cavan in 1961, met the Goldricks and Sheridans who had a store in Ballynary or Ballymachugh financed by his grandfather, Patrick Goldrick from Newark, NJ.
They met cousin Owen Goldrick "Covey" who married Molly. Frank met an old man (Tory Sheridan?) who remembered when some of the children left for America in 1880-1898. Frank also met Bridget Clinton who had two boys and referred to "Nurse Reed (or Reid) who was a cook for Bennett Cerf in the USA.
