Goldthorpes - Yorkshire to Australia 1912

Ben Goldthorpe was a butcher in West Ryde Yorkshire. His wife was Alice Hyde and they had seven children, six of whom came to Australia on the "Orsover" in 1912. They were Joe born about 1873, Jim, Fred, Israel, Elizabeth, Samuel born 1887, and the youngest, Harriet, remained in England.

My grandfather George Thomas Groves came to Australia on the same boat and our families are now related through marriage.

Any information on the family would be welcome.

I live in Yeppoon, Central Queensland, Australia.
