Benjamin Goldwire, Christ Church Parish, carpenter. Wife: Ann, use of Town Lot number 1 in Holland Tything during her lifetime. After her death this lot is to go to my eldest son, Benjamin. Other lands divided equally among other children; Eldest dau., Mary; Youngest dau., Amy; second son, Joseph; youngest son, John. Also to wife: one third of personal estate, Negro woman named Frank, and her children. Son: Benjamin and son-in-law: Peter Morel, my carpenter tools, books of achitecture, and pump tools, equally divided. Exors: wife, John Smith, Thomas Vincent, David Fox, John Goldwire, John Morel. Mentions Ann Cuthbert. Wit: Noble Wimberly Jones, Jasper Shargots Whiteheart, John MOrel, Francis Colson.

NOTE: Mary Goldwire was married to Peter Morel, son of Pierre(Peter) Morel, vintner and victualer.Pierre Morel was also the father of John Morel of Savannah and Ossabaw, merchant and planter.Peter, the son was willed a 50 acre farm in Abercorn at the death of his father, Pierre in 1752.
