Are you descended from Kenneth Gollan who was married to Ann McDonald in Scotland? They first settled in Cape Breton, NS where my great great grandmother Mary Gollan was born abt 1836. They seem to have moved to the Kincardine area of Ontario in the mid 1550's. There Mary married John Kennedy born abt 1819 Isle of Skye, Scotland. Or perhaps Kenneth had relatives that also moved to SW Ontario. Hope to hear from you.
