Hi, Robert. Thanks for the reply. I really don't know much more about the history of the Gonnella family into which I was born. The names you mention sound familiar. If my parents were alive, they would probably know if they were related to us. We are most likely distant cousins. Caposele is a very small town and I have heard that most people in it are related somehow. You can get a copy of the book "Newark's Little Italy, The Vanished First Ward" at Barnes and Noble. It costs about $32 for the hard cover and about $16 for the soft cover edition. If the store near you doesn't have it, try their website. I have viewed it on there. The author is Michael Immerso.
