I think I have figured out something about Jasper N.Goode. There are 2 Jasper N. Goods!!
1 Jasper N. m Rosyann Harris and moved to KS in 1860; They remain in KS ther rest of their lives.
Another Jasper N. joined the Union Army from Illinois in 1860 in 1880 he is mentioned in the census infirm schedule as being blind....and in Illinois still..
This would also explain the question about which is his father, Daniel or his brother, William......Some of us are still very confused about that.....I think MY Jasper was the son of Daniel....
I think the same may be true of Robert M. Ewing.....There may be one in Illinois and one in Kansas and Missouri.....
What do you think???
