Karen, I am trying to E-mail you also and can't seem to get through. At any rate my source is: English Convicts in Colonial America, Volume 1: Middlesex 1617 - 1775.
Would love to have your line down from Henrietta and hopefully can help you some. I will keep trying to get through. Thomas Birth is recorded on the LDS site, along with his Brother William, Christened 1701. Thomas was christened in 1703 at St. Giles Cripplegate, London. Their parents are listed as William and Mary Goodrum.
