I am a Black goodrum - Father American (Thomas Goodrum from Valdosta Georgia USA), Mother from Liberia.

I quite likek the name and have read that it is derived from Guthrum, the Saxon King of England who was defeated by Alfred and converted to Christianity.

There may be Goodrums from East Anglia (Norwich) who also went to America and owned slaves - hence me.

I now live in England.

Is there anyone else out there?
