B. 13 Regiment Texas Calvery & died in Limestone Co. Tx. Child: Leonidas O Goodrum James Clayton Goodrum Robert Wells Goodrum Elizabeth Jane Goodrum Craddock stayed in the Weldon area, Buried in Weldon Cem. Houston Co. Benjamin Franklin Goodrum b 4-5-1843 - 3-3-1899 married Laura Robinson, Emily. 2nd m. Mary Robinson sister of Laura, daughters of Charles & Harriet Clark Robinson. Ben & Mary Goodrum had 10 child: Burton Eugene Goodrum Devilla Goodrum Earl Benjamin Goodrum J., Gould Goodrum Marlow Goodrum Barton Clark, Linnie Ola, O.K. Emma Jane & Mary Dixie. Benjamin F. Goodrum was a farmer & worked delivering the mail. He cought pneumonia & died. Burial Antioch Cem. Tx. Burial Salem Cem. Houston Co. Tx. Marion Goodrum b. 1833 married A.B. Cook. Children Ed Goodrum Bob Goodrum Amelai Goodrum Charles Goodrum Sarah Goodrum William Goodrum Elizabeth, 7-3-1848- 3-3-1915 No childred Frances b. Goodrum 1834 & A.D. b.1846. Mary Richards Goodrum is buried in an abandoned cemetery in the Wm. Dillard survey east of Weldon on the John Hanna Place. Vanada E Goodrum was married to Dr. Joheph Henry Nelson, in 1917 he bought 183 acres of the Wm. Dillard servey east of Weldon. The 61 acres that's still in the family belongs to Joni Cash Dillard. A Goodrm died & the paper said he had been a farmer. Relatives laughed & said he had never had a hoe in his hand, he was a gambler & boot legger.
