I am married to a man having the Goodrum surname. To the best of my knowledge, he, like his mother, never knew too much concerning their history. Our genealogy is as follows: Roscoe Goodrum married Rebecca Parrot, who bore Nancy Goodrum (later married with Lewis Lawrence), Nancy had three children, Ishmel Goodrum, Chanti Lawrence, and Cleveland Lawrence, Jr. Ishmel Goodrum is my spouse, we have two children. Nancy have disclosed to us that the Cherokee Indian bloodline does exist in this family tree. If anyone have any additional information concerning Roscoe Goodrum's genealogy, we would greatly appreciate the information.
