I started working on my tree and everything I have found has been through other peoples trees or census records. This is my line back to John.

Charles Lafayette Goolsby 9 sept 1922 Baker Co GA -2 april 1952 DeKalb, GA
Charles Walker Goolsby 20 Jun 1877 Calhoun GA - 26 April 1943, Arlington GA
Kirby Cardin Goolsby Sept 1848 Jasper, GA - 1910, Edison GA
Kirby Goolsby 1812 Wilkes County, GA - 1870, Edison GA
James Bird Goolsby 1776 Laurens, SC - 10 Oct 1839, Hillsboro, GA
Burgess Goolsby 1752, Laurens SC - 28 March 1797, Lexington GA
James Goolsby 20 Jun 1716, James City Parish, VA - 17 Oct 1797, Lexington GA
Thomas James Goolsby, 1684, Chickhominy River VA - 10 March 1748, Charlottesville VA
Thomas Goolsby, 1663, Chickhominy River, VA - 1714, Williamsburg, VA
John Goolsby 1646 Lincolnshire, England - 1685, Rappahanock, VA

The family is a bit of a mystery for me because my dad doesn't know much and his father(Charles Lafayette) died when he was young. If anyone has any information on the following people I would love to correspond! I am mostly interested in this line, but I have traced some of the branches through other peoples records too. I love information! I am especially interested in important dates, strange or funny stories and old photos of people/plantations/farms etc.
