Would like to share info on the family of Newton R. Gorden, born ca 1844 in MS. He married Ellen Cox and they had the following children:Jim Gorden;Reuben B. "Burr" Gorden, wife Jinnie ?;William H. "Bill" Gorden; Stella Gorden;Sylvia Ann Gorden, m. John William Hogan, Polk Co., AR. Have pix of "Jasper Gorden, your uncle Jim's boy" with a guitar; Belle Gorden & Lilly Pilsher; Virgil Gorden, W. ? Gorden, age 65. Not certain how these people are related. Name seems to be spelled Gordon or Gorden interchangeably.
