Sorry for the delay in replying. I have no George Gorringe born 1813 in my file. The nearest is one born in 1816 but he was still in the UK in the mid 1840s, so not yours I'm afraid.
My Sussex Gorringes are from the Worth, East Grinstead areas and there are lots of Gorringe families there. I have transcribed some records, but not as late as 1813 I'm afraid, although these and the surrounding parishes could be worth investigating.
