T. B. Gotham, 1901-1988, Allison Research Papers
Need help with the genealogy of Thomas Berry Gotham Jr who compiled the Allison family genealogy in 1965.His papers reside in the McKinley Presidential Library.His father was born in 1874 in England and died before the 1910 census.His father appears in the 1900 census for East Liverpool, Columbiana Co OH. Thomas Jr was raised by his step-father (George Simpson) and mother(Anna Luin or Lyson)in Pittsburgh Pa until 1920 when he lived with his maternal grandmother (Mary Luin or Lyson)in Pittsburgh.By 1930 he relocated to Akron OH and worked as a rubber clerk.He is said to be the 4th great grandson of Samuel Blackmore of Library PA.Need help with T.B. Gotham's ancestors.
