I am the seventh generation to live in Canada. Most of my relatives are in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia, Canada.
My uncle William's research starts in Shefield, New Brunswick where Stephen was born in 1762. He married Mary Gage in 1785. I am descended from their son David, born Nov. 28, 1807. David married Mary Ann Gage and they had 4 children. My descendent was the second child, Charles David. Charles David married Elizabeth Tupper Perkins in 1864. Their second son was George Frederick, born Dec. 8, 1868, my Great Grandfather. He married Mary Elizabeth Rice in 1893. Their first child was my Grandfather, Elsworth Morse, born Nov. 5, 1899. He married my Grandmother Grace Harriett Spurr in 1921. My Father, Irvin Elsworth Goucher was born Jan. 8, 1926 and married my Mother, Millie Elizabeth Vienot in 1946. They are both still alive and live in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia. And so the line goes on. I was born on March 12, 1949.
I have more records on other branches of the Goucher's in Nova Scotia descended from Stephen and would be willing to share the information.
