The line that I am tracing does not have those names. However, that does not mean much. It seems that we started in New Jersey, moved to Litchfield Conn. then to Vermont then to area around upper Jay NY. Not all of the family moved in the same directions; it seems that they scattered. You might try tracing to see if you can find a Joseph Goucher, Rev War soldier on the colonies side. If you want more info e-mail me, please. Also, they name may have started out as Gouger, Gauger, Gosheir, and so on. Joseph's name was Gouger, some of his children had it spelled Goucher. So... I am searching for all of those.
