Have a reprint of an article on the Goyne Family in America from Royal Institution of Cornwall, England in Truro where the author (a Richard Goyne in 1973) claims the name Goyne from the area is also spelled Goyen, Goynes, Guyne. My ancestor's name (William Goyne) was spelled Goyen in St. Agnes, Cornwall, England but it changes to Goyne in Pennsylvania.
