GRACZYK ORIGIN FOUND IN CHURCH RECORD *
Posted by: Craig Date: June 27, 2001 at 08:15:14
  of 77

My Graczyk's listed being from Szczecin (Stettin), Poland at St. Adalbert's Church in Buffalo. They actually listed something like Wszeckin, but I found it to be Szczecin. This was the husband's listing for place of birth. Now the wife, she listed Stolce, Posen, which I'm assuming is the same as Stolczyn, just a few miles from Szczecin.
This differs from the immigration record that I thought was Dzezcshno or something like that.
So my ancestors were from Szczecin and Stolczyn.
Any help aprreciated
