Ends up I was off a bit on where they originated. Yes - the church record did give what I was looking for. But it was not the towns I had suggested.

Walenty was from Wszedzien.
Anna was from Strzelce.
Both are near Mogilno in the province of Bydgoszcz.

And I am certain of that. I have located their baptism records. See my most recent post on this forum for more on my Graczyk family.
