There are different spellings for a lot of these names.
Yes the Rhyne family was originally from Germany .The name Rien and other spellings.Rein etc.Grammar,Gramer.Every census had a different place of birth in some families.
Mary Rhyne sister of Michael and Susan married into the Gillentine Family.You can find a list in Itawamba co
Mississippi of marriages.It was common in those days for 2 or 3 to marry into the same family.They didn't have welfare
so a lot of them married for convenience if their spouce died.
There are Rhynes and Grammers from my line from Alabama
to California.
There are several reasons that leads me to believe that Andrew Jackson ,Frances Marion and William C are related
and probably brothers.They all named their kids after each other for one thing. Norma
