John Gratton baptised 27 July 1834 at Leighland Church in the parish of Old Cleeve.
John is the brother of my ggg grandmother Ann. They are two of seven children born to Amos & Mary (Hole) who married at Leighland 26 July 1826. Amos Gratton was one of eight children born to Amos & Elizabeth (Lawfull) and was also baptised at Leighland 2 December 1802. Amos & Elizabeth married at St. Decumans 19 May 1787. Hope this is of some help.
