One of my great grandfathers was Joseph Graul, who immigrated with his parents from Germany to Posey County, IND in 1853. His fater was George Philip Graul and he had some brothers. Joseph ended up in Illinois, but I believe that some, if not all, of his brothers stayed in Indiana. Could this be the family you are looking for?
