Hi,
Trying to help a friend gather some information on ancestors & off spring.
James T. Gray = 1844-1924 - LA
-M: 6-18-1857
Hester B or P Beck = 1857-1915 - LA
James' father:
Samuel b. Abt. 1770, Catahoula Parish, LA. Was he married several times? I'm getting at least 2 names as his wife: MARY HOOTER & Marie Louise Valdrick. (Friend has Hooter as the wife of their 8 children.)
[Also, did James have a twin?]
Hester's parents:
Rev. Soloman J. Beck = 1827, MS/1880
-M: 1854 in Miss.
Emeline Ganey = 1834, MS/1897
Can someone help me? Information is sketchy.
