John and Anna Gray are listed in the 1885 Dakota Territory Census. John is listed as a farmer. The girls Eunice and Jennie are no longer listed with them. Francis William Fanslow and Eunice Elizabeth Gray were married in S Dakota in 1887 and had the following children in Yankton, SD.

Clarence Valentine Fanslow 1888
Ruth M Fanslow 1893
Francis Edwin Fanslow 1895
Sylvia Elizabeth Fanslow 1900
