I'm looking for information about a Richard Gray/Grey that married Ann Porter. They had seven children with three that survived per census records. Richard died before 1900. They orginally lived in Virginia but moved to Maryland. The children names were James (m. Eliza Cullum), Rosa (m. Robert Thompson) and Effie (m. Samuel Cullum). Ann Porter was born about 1846. Different family members give conflicting information about where in Virginia the family orginated. I have been told the Isle of Wight, South Hampton or Norfolk. I have also been told that the Gray's had Indian blood. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks
