Hello,
I have looked at the 1881 Census (on CD ROM)and there are 2 Sarah E. Gratrix living in the area. Both are from Sale.
1, Born in 1876 which would make her 22 when she got married. Father's name is Samuel, occupation Labourer.

2, The second entry is born 1878 which would make her 20 when she got married. Father's name is John, occupation "Labourer for local board".

If you have her marriage certificate you can try to match up the ages and father details to one of these....
If you need any further help I can be contacted at davidjones100@hotmail.com
