A followup to your posting. Eliza Pratt was a fairly well known artist in her day. She published a portfolio of sketches of scenes in Colorado sometime in the mid 19th century. There is a copy of this publication in the Special Collections library at the University of Colorado, Boulder. I suspect that there are also copies of it in a number of other libraries around the country.
