I am sure you probably already have this but I had a copy in my file so here is the 1850 Pike Co. Illinois census
Phillip Greeno 46 M Farmer 3000 Ohio
Elisabeth Greeno 41 F Ohio
Susanna Greeno 17 F Ohio
Jane P. Greeno 15 F Ohio
Phoebe Greeno 13 F Ohio
Minerva Greeno 12 F Ill.
John Greeno 13 M Ill.
James Greeno 7 M Ill.
Martha Greeno 6 F Ill.
Jacob Greeno 5 M Ill.
Delilah Greeno 5/12 F Ill.
I kept this because I thought somehow this might be related to my Susan Greneau
I cannot find the name Greneau anywhere - even though my Grandmother insists thats the name and thats how it was spelled.
Anyway my Susan Greneau was born around 1840 in Wisconsin or Illinois? she died before 1880. She married a Jacob Keller
and lived in St. Louis, Missouri and had four children - Daisy, Nanny, Frank and Martin. My grandmother tells me that around 1876 -80 Susan went to Green Bay, Wisconsin and helped the Indians (nursed them - smallpox)?
The only Greeno I found in 1850 Wisconsin - Lafayette Co.
Mary M. Greeno 29 - born Ohio with the following children - no husband listed
Susanna - born 1841 Illinois
Nancy A. - born 1843 Illinois
Mary J. - born 1846 Wisconsin
William - born 1849 Wisconsin
I think maybe this Susanna was my Susan and since it lists Illinois I thought maybe their might be some connection???
Any help would be appreciated.
