David, do you have any info on descendants of Louis? I'm searching on my ggmother Louise Clara Greenough, b. 1866 Orleans Parish LA (I think). Other data indicates a Louis Greenough and wife Theresa were in Houston, Harris Co. TX in 1880 census, proprietors of the Greenough Restaurant. The 1890 census shows Louis deceased and Theresa a widow. I think Houston is where Louise met August Schaper, her husband to be, as he was there in 1880 also.

Do you have any data on when/where Louis immigrated to America? I'm thinking New Orleans.

Would appreciate any info you have and I'll give you any help I can. Thanks. .........Fred
