Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum
message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles
will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will
no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.
I was very happy to read about the new article in American Genealogist and I find your online document, "The Life and Descendants of Daniel Greeno of Rutland" to be an invaluable resource. Do you now trace Daniel Greeno of Rutland back to Robert Greenough who married Martha Epes in 1679 in Ipswich, Massachusetts (through Daniel Greenough, b. 1731, Ipswich, Massachusetts and Daniel Greenough, b. 1705, in Rowley, Massachusetts)? Also, wondering if you have found any connection between Robert Greenough and the two William Greenoughs documented in Savage's First Settlers of New England (transcription online at: http://www.usgennet.org/usa/topic/newengland/savage/bk2/greenleaf-grinnell.htm)? The work I have done with the sources at NEGHS online have not yielded anything about Robert Greenough's birthdate/birthplace or ancestors or any connection to the two William Greenoughs. Also, I have a family document about the descendants of Silas Greeno, b. about 1793 in Rutland, that may be of interest to you.
