Lewis And Ruth Greenslade - proof of marriage

I am trying to connect my grandparents to my greatgrandparents as everything fits except the parents listed on my grandfathers death certificate (informant was not family). The only chance I have is a marriage certificate between Lewis and Ruth. The were from Devon/Cornwall area. My father was born in Canada in 1912 and they had one older son who died at three. That makes my best guess that they were married between 1900 and 1911. Can anyone help? I have hit a stone in the road and information is difficult to find in Canada.
